Delete Your Bardiyah Account

You may delete your account and all of its associated data at any time. Deletion is immediate, permanent, and cannot be reversed.

Delete Your Account In The App

  1. Sign in to the Bardiyah mobile app.
  2. Open the menu and go to Profile.
  3. Select Delete Account.
  4. Confirm your password and deletion request.

Delete Your Account On The Website

  1. Sign in to the website.
  2. Open your Profile page from the account menu.
  3. Go to the Delete Account section at the foot of the page.
  4. Confirm your password and deletion request.

If You Cannot Sign In

Submit a request through the website contact form using the email address associated with your account and state that the request concerns account deletion. We may request additional information to verify account ownership before processing the request.

Data That Will Be Deleted

  • Your account, profile information, and profile photo.
  • Your projects, your scripts, and their content, checklists, and earlier versions.
  • Your ideas, publishing schedules, storyboards, tags, content types, and script statuses.
  • Your tasks, shoot days, media assets, voice notes, and recordings.
  • Device tokens, notification settings, sessions, and access tokens.
  • Stored third-party connections, including Meta data.

Timeframe

Deletion happens the moment you confirm the request. There is no grace period and no processing queue, and the account cannot be recovered afterwards.

What May Remain, And Why

  • If you contributed to a project owned by someone else, records belonging to that project stay with its owner, with your name removed from them.
  • We keep a log of data deletion requests — the confirmation code and its date — as the record that the request was carried out.

Subscriptions

Deleting your Bardiyah account does not automatically cancel subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Cancel your store subscription before deleting the account to prevent renewal.
