These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Bardiyah, including the website, dashboard, and related content workflow tools.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing the platform, or using any part of the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

Eligibility and Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • providing accurate registration information,
  • maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials,
  • all activity that occurs under your account,
  • ensuring that your use of the service complies with applicable laws.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create security, legal, or operational risk.

Permitted Use

You may use the platform to manage content production workflows, including projects, scripts, schedules, performance records, and related planning assets.

You agree not to:

  • misuse the service for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes,
  • interfere with the platform’s security or availability,
  • attempt unauthorized access to other accounts or data,
  • upload malicious code or abuse integrations,
  • scrape, reverse engineer, or exploit the service beyond permitted use.

User Content

You retain ownership of the content, data, and materials you create or upload to the platform.

By using the service, you grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, store, and display that content solely to operate and improve the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe the rights of others and does not violate applicable law.

Integrations and Third-Party Platforms

The platform may integrate with third-party services such as Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and similar providers.

Your use of those integrations is also subject to the third party’s own terms, policies, and technical limits. We are not responsible for interruptions, API changes, revoked permissions, or third-party platform restrictions.

MCP and Third-Party Integrations

This section applies to every integration you choose to enable, including MCP connections to AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude, and connections to social platforms such as TikTok, Meta, and YouTube.

Your responsibility for what you connect

You choose which AI clients and platforms to connect, and you are responsible for them. That includes complying with each service’s own terms of use, and holding whatever account, licence, or permission that service requires of you.

We do not control third-party assistants

Once you authorize an AI assistant, what that assistant does with the data it receives is governed by the party that operates it. We do not control it, we cannot audit it, and we are not responsible for it. If that matters to you, read the assistant’s terms and privacy policy before you connect it.

Availability of integrations

Third-party interfaces can change, impose rate limits, restrict access, or be withdrawn entirely, at the discretion of the provider and without notice to us. An integration may stop working for reasons outside our control. We do not guarantee the continuous availability of any integration, and an integration becoming unavailable is not a failure of the service.

Accuracy of platform figures

Metrics shown in the platform come from the connected services themselves. We display what those services report to us. We do not verify, correct, or restate their figures, and we cannot guarantee that they are accurate, complete, or current. Do not rely on them as the sole basis for a commercial decision.

Prohibited use of integrations

You must not use any integration to:

  • access an account you do not own or are not authorized to control,
  • circumvent the terms, access controls, or rate limits of any platform,
  • collect data about other people or accounts beyond what the platform grants you,
  • resell, redistribute, or build a competing dataset from data obtained through an integration.

Suspension and removal of integrations

We may suspend, restrict, or remove any integration if a provider requires it, if it is being misused, if it presents a security or legal risk, or if continuing to offer it would put us in breach of a provider’s terms. Where it is practical to do so, we will say why.

Disconnecting

You may disconnect any integration at any time from within Bardiyah. Social platforms are disconnected from the Integrations settings page, and MCP clients from the MCP server page. Disconnection revokes that integration’s access immediately.

Platform disclosures

  • TikTok: access to TikTok data is made through TikTok’s official API and is subject to TikTok’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We read the connected account’s profile, its own videos, and their reported metrics. We do not post, upload, or modify content on TikTok.
  • Meta: Facebook and Instagram connections are made through Meta’s official APIs and are subject to Meta’s Platform Terms and Privacy Policy. We read page and account metrics only.
  • Google and YouTube: YouTube figures are read through the YouTube Data API using our own developer credentials, from the public video URL you provide. You are not asked to connect or sign in to a YouTube account, and we hold no token for your channel. Because the platform uses YouTube API Services, your use of those features is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google’s handling of any data it receives is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice, including features, integrations, and limits.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Fees and Subscriptions

Bardiyah offers both free and paid plans. Paid plans are sold as auto-renewing subscriptions on a monthly or annual billing period, and can be bought either on our website or as an in-app purchase through the Apple App Store. The terms below apply to both, except where one is named specifically.

Price and Billing Period

The price and billing period that apply to your subscription are the ones shown to you at the point of purchase.

For purchases made through the App Store, the price and currency are those the App Store displays for your storefront, which may differ from the prices published on our website. Applicable taxes may be added depending on your location and the way you purchased.

Automatic Renewal

Your subscription renews automatically for the same period and at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

  • App Store purchases: payment is charged to your Apple ID account on confirmation of purchase, and again on each renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends.
  • Website purchases: the payment method on file for your account is charged at purchase and on each renewal.

Cancellation

  • App Store purchases: cancel on your Apple device under Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Because Apple manages that billing relationship, we cannot cancel or modify an App Store subscription on your behalf.
  • Website purchases: cancel from the billing page in your account.

In both cases you keep access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which your account returns to the free plan.

Refunds

  • App Store purchases: refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s own refund policy. Requests must be made to Apple directly, through reportaproblem.apple.com or your device’s purchase history. We cannot issue a refund for a purchase made through the App Store.
  • Website purchases: our Refund Policy applies.

Price Changes

We may change the price of a paid plan. We will give you at least 14 days’ notice of an increase, by email or within the product, and the new price applies from the first renewal on or after the date it takes effect.

If you do not accept a new price, you may cancel before that renewal. Continuing the subscription past that renewal constitutes acceptance of the new price. Price increases on App Store subscriptions are also subject to Apple’s own rules and may require your explicit consent before they take effect.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • you violate these terms,
  • your use creates legal or security risk,
  • we are required to do so by law,
  • the service or a related feature is discontinued.

You may stop using the service at any time.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, secure, accurate, or suitable for every purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.

Governing Terms

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law and interpreted in accordance with the laws that apply to the service operator, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.

Updates

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
